MASIBUS has designed SCADA System for Pusher type, flat roof, 30T Reheat furnace. System designed to continuously learn and provide data for improving proper furnace response for variation in loading and intermediate stoppages. The system provides monitoring of temperature uniformity in furnace through use of temperature sensors located at strategic locations and logged all the data for analysis.
